Leading prominent firm is growing and seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 5-20 years' of Construction Defect Litigation experience for their Los Angeles, CA office. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving practice and work on a wide array of sophisticated and complex matters.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage assigned cases from inception through trial
- Handle cases with minimal supervision
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle court appearances and hearings
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications:
- Trial and pre-trial experience preferred but not required
- Strong research and writing skills
- Minimum of 5 years of construction litigation experience
- Must be Licensed to practice and in good standing in California
Compensation Range 175k-215k+ (Salary can be adjusted depending on experience) and Comprehensive Benefits + Hybrid
